Returns
Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Condition: To be eligible, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with the safety seal intact. We cannot accept returns on opened bottles due to health and safety regulations.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required to process your return.
Damages and Issues

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund was approved.
Approved Refunds: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
